Wanted man.
Lions scrumhalf Rhys Webb is wanted by several Premiership and Top 14 clubs, with his WRU dual contract set to expire at the end of the season.
Webb has spent a decade at the Ospreys, but The Rugby Paper are now reporting that he has attracted interest from both England and France, meaning he could be the latest player to join the Welsh exodus.
Dan Biggar has also reportedly agreed a move to England with Northampton, while Liam Williams recently joined Saracens. The WRU may have brought Leigh Halfpenny home, but the likes of George North, Ross Moriarty and Jamie Roberts are still all plying their trade in the Premiership.
