Bath have confirmed that Australian number eight Leroy Houston has returned to the Premiership side on a short-term deal from the Reds.
Houston left Bath in the summer, having agreed a move to the Reds with the hope of furthering his international career with Australia, however now the Super Rugby season has finished, Houston has been released to join his old club until the end of October.
Todd Blackadder, director of rugby, commented:
“We’re very excited for Leroy to be coming back to the club for a couple of months to give us some cover whilst we have a few injuries, and we’re really thankful to Queensland for helping make this happen.
“He’s a fantastic character and a brilliant player, and because he knows the place so well, we know he’ll settle straight back in and be a real asset for us.” [Planet Rugby]
