Anthony Foley has all but confirmed that Robbie Henshaw will be heading to Leinster.
Speaking after Munster’s loss to Ospreys at Independent Park, Foley had confirmed that the talented centre will not be joining the southern province next season when his Connacht contract expires.
Connacht yesterday revealed that the Irish centre will be leaving the province at the end of the season with the 22 year-old expected to have signed a central contract with the IRFU and Leinster.
“Look it’s old news really that he was gone from Connacht so wherever he’s going to go the best of luck to him,” said Foley.
“He’s been a good player for Ireland and a stalwart for Connacht for the period of time he’s been there so it’s interesting to hear that that’s been announced.
“I don’t know. It’s not my news so not something I want to be a part of.”
