Another Look At That Simply Glorious Finn Russell Pass To Set Up Scotland’s 2nd Try

Pass of the season?

Scotland defeated England the first time in a decade on Saturday to finally reclaim the Calcutta Cup in an absolute thriller at Murrayfield.

Playmaker Finn Russell came into the game with a lot of critics. The Glasgow ten has been hugely criticised for his performances in recent weeks, with some people even calling for him to be dropped before the game.

House of Rugby is back with a brand new URC show – hosted by RugbyLAD founder Jason Hennessy, Ireland international Megan Williams and Olympic sevens star, Greg O'Shea. Follow and subscribe to it HERE.

Thankfully though, Gregor Townsend stuck by his man, and boy did he deliver. Russell delivered a man of the match performance, and was instrumental in everything Scotland did.

Nothing sums up his game though, quite like this simply sumptuous pass to Huw Jones that set-up Scotland’s second-try.

Have a watch below. Absolutely incredible.
