Mourad Boudjellal last night confirmed that Toulon had signed French international fly half, François Trinh-Duc from Montpellier
The signing of Trinh-Duc has raised questions over the future of the Wallaby international, Quade Cooper in the French media.
Although Toulon are one of the few clubs who could afford to have both Cooper and Trinh-Duc on their books, writing on Rugbyrama, Fabien Pomiès claims that the arrival of the French international could see the mercurial Wallaby leave after just one season.
Nevertheless, with Frédéric Michalak’s contract with the three time European Champions set to expire next summer, Toulon could yet keep Cooper by triggering the optional second year in his contract.
