Wanted man.
Wales centre Hadleigh Parks is in talks for a shock move away from Scarlets according to a report in The Rugby Paper.
Japanese Top League side the Kobe Steelers have held talks with Parkes, who turns 33 in October, about a move when their season resumes in November.
The big-spending side are already home to the likes of All Blacks Dan Carter, Andy Ellis and Brodie Retallick and are the reigning Top League champions.
Parkes has been a regular in midfield for Wales since making his debut back in 2017 but would not be available for Test selection should he decide to pack his bags and leave Scarlets for Japan.
Parkes has also been tipped as a possible Lions tourist in 2021 and while he would still be eligible – his chances of touring would likely be diminished if he leaves Wales.
