Ireland prop Cian Healy admits to feeling “a bit beaten up” after making his first start of the season in the 44-10 World Cup Pool D win over Romania on Sunday.
“I expected that after my first decent stint on the pitch,” said the Leinster prop after the Wembley encounter, played in front of more than 89,000 supporters.
“There was stuff we weren’t happy with in the game so we won;t be getting ahead of ourselves,” he added.
Ireland secured a 44-10 bonus-point victory but will have much tougher tests to come in Italy and France over the next couple of weeks.
