Good to see he’s staying positive.
Billy Vunipola suffered another unfortunate injury setback over the weekend have only just returned from shoulder surgery. The powerful number eight has been ruled out of action for four months after scans confirmed he sustained a knee-cartilage injury in Saracens’ 41-13 win over Sale Sharks on Saturday.
Vunipola underwent surgery on Sunday on his right knee to repair his meniscus. Vunipola is expected to undertake a period of rehabilitation over the next 16 weeks.
The good news however, is Vunipola isn’t letting this injury get the better of him as he’s been in great form on Twitter, brilliantly seeing the funny side of it with this excellent tweet to Six Nations rugby.
Spoke too soon haha
