Lock pairing of John Kleyn and Dave Foley have both returned to training with Munster and are now available for selection following lengthy lay-offs.
The southern province have also been boosted with Peter O’Mahony, John Ryan, Jack O’Donoghue, Billy Holland, Dave Kilcoyne and Darren Sweetnam all training with the squad today, having been released from international duty.
Munster take on Italian side Treviso this weekend and will be hoping to continue their rich vein of form as they prepare for some Champions Cup action next month. The Irish province face Leicester twice in December in two crucial games back to back, one at home and one away.
Rassie Erasmus’ side also host Irish rivals Leinster at Thomond Park on St. Stephen’s Day before travelling to the Sportsground to take on Pat Lam’s Connacht in what will be a huge month for the province.
A ft and ready squad will be crucial for the period.
