Sit down.
Ireland have done it. Ireland have beaten England, in Twickenham, on Paddy’s Day, for the bloody Grand Slam. What a day.
Tries from Garry Ringrose, CJ Stander and Jacob Stockdale proved to be enough as Ireland handed Eddie Jones his first defeat at home as England boss. And his third straight defeat in-a-row
Stockdale broke a record with his try, becoming the first player to score seven tries in a single Six Nations Championship. Incredible. Especially considering he’s done it in his first-ever Championship.
His try wasn’t his best highlight though. Him steamrolling everyone’s ‘favourite’ English fullback Mike Brown. Just stick this one on repeat lads.
