Jesse Kriel is currently in Japan playing for the NTT Docomo Red Hurricanes, and it looks like he’s been getting some serious workouts going as he prepares himself for a return to Super Rugby.

The 21 year-old had an amazing season last year, going from an uncapped player to included in South Africa’s Rugby Championship squad to on of the first names on the teamsheet at this year’s Rugby World Cup.

Judging by the shape he’s in below, coupled with his World Cup displays- 2016 could end up being an even bigger year for Kriel as he looks to cement his place as one of the best centres in the world today.
