Munster’s chairman of the Professional Game Board, John Kelly indicated during the week that Munster are in the market for some marquee signings after a disastrous season that saw them dumped out of the Champions Cup group stage for a second season running.
Munster’s backline has notably been lacking and it seems Munster are acting to strengthen in this department with a former All Black in their sights. Tom Taylor, the three-time capped All Black is the man apparently being touted.
The 26 year old is currently contracted to Toulon having left Crusaders at the end of the 2014 season and can play at outhalf or inside centre as well as being able to cover at fullback. [H/T Munster Haka]
