Irishman John Lacey meanwhile will take charge of the other Rugby Championship game between Michael Cheika’s Wallabies and Mario Ledesma’s Pumas.

Meanwhile in the Premiership Wayne Barnes will take charge of Newcastle Falcons vs Worcester Warriors, while JP Doyle is the man tasked with refereeing Northampton Saints versus current champions Saracens.

In the PRO14 South African Stuart Berry will take charge of Munster vs Ospreys, while World Referee of the Year Joy Neville is one of the assistants for the Leinster vs Dragons game.
