Tadhg Furlong is an absolute beast.
Leinster and Ireland prop, Tadhg Furlong has been a revelation so far during the Autumn Series. The tighthead was one of Ireland’s star performers in Chicago and once again last night in Dublin.
At 24 years of age, the front-row is set to be a hugely important figure in the Irish set-up for many years to come and without doubt is in serious contention for a Lions call-up next summer if he keeps going the way he’s going.
Ireland were undone last night by the All Blacks in what for many was a hugely cynical performance from Steve Hansen’s men that upset a lot of people. That aside, Ireland were immense and can take a lot of positives away from the game.
Furlong and co were heroic on the night and very unlucky to come away with nothing. At least he’s got this clip though. I’m sure it’s something he will be re-watching for many years to come.
