Ireland take on the All Blacks this weekend following their famous win in Chicago.

New Zealand come to the Aviva this weekend just two weeks after Ireland’s historic first win over the world champions in 111 years. Ireland ran in five tries that day in a convincing 40-29 win.

The All Blacks however will welcome back world-class lock pairing of Sam Whitelock and Brodie Retallick this weekend, which is sure to worry Ireland, especially at set-piece time. Ireland were dominant in Chicago, but will be wary this time round with the dominant duo back in action.

Joe Schmidt’s men may know what it’s like themselves to have a world-class player missing, with news today being reported that scrumhalf Conor Murray is a doubt for the game. Murray was held back from full training yesterday and remains Ireland’s biggest worry ahead of the rematch.

The Munster man is 60-40 to play this weekend at the moment, as the Irish management team continue to monitor a mild hamstring problem he carried with him over to Chicago.
