David Pocock Receives ‘Substantial’ European Offer

Last month it was reported that Bordeaux Bégles, Toulouse and Racing 92 were interested in signing turnover machine David Pocock.
Pocock’s contract is set to expire at the end of the 2016 Super Rugby season and it is widely touted as the best flanker in the world right now.
While it was expected that clubs like Toulouse and Racing would be interested in Pocock, few would have believed that such a superstar would move to Bordeaux Bégles.
However this could very well be the case, with the play off chasing club reportedly offering the Aussie star a ‘substantial’ contract. The news was tweeted by French rugby writer Gavin Mortimer earlier this morning.
