Danny Cipriani Appears In Court Following Arrest For Nightclub Brawl

England international Danny Cipriani has pleaded guilty at Jersey magistrates court to charges of common assault and resisting arrest following an incident in a nightclub on the island.

Cipriani was fined £2,000 and ordered to pay £250 compensation.

The Gloucester player was arrested in the early hours of Wednesday on Mulcaster Street in St Helier. Police said he had been charged with common assault, larceny, assault on police, resisting arrest and being disorderly on licensed premises.
