Former Ireland, Leinster and Lions centre Brian O’Driscoll was on BT Sport’s Rugby Tonight last night and gave an impressive demo on the art of the offload.

O’Driscoll, joined by former England lock Ben Kay, took a close look at offloading and how to best execute, after a couple of incredibly impressive offloads came off in the Champions Cup over the weekend, including Bill Mata’s worldie for Edinburgh.

The former Ireland captain executed his offloads with incredible finesse, showing he certainly hasn’t lose and of his rugby skill and nouse since hanging up his boots back in 2014.
